GENERAL MANAGERS REPORT FOR JUNE 2005

The springs are still holding at about 150 gallons per minute. The water is primarily being used for watering the Golf Course. Thanks to James Ross, Arden Schug, Ken Hopper and Buddy Antwine for volunteering their efforts in working on the Course. The volunteers have made all the difference. Without them we would not have been able to keep up with the work.

Also a thank you to Jim and Suzie Sims for providing a dumpster behind the lodge for the clean up effort. Again, thanks to the volunteers, the area behind the lodge really looks nice.

Richard Rodriguez has volunteered to blade our roads. He has done a number of them, and has done a great job, but right now he has had to stop because the roads are too dry. Thank you Richard.

The front lawn has been reseeded. With the Fourth of July weekend coming up we ask that everyone please stay off the seeded areas as much as possible.

We have been advised by the New Mexico Finance Authority that we have conditional approval for a $500,000 loan at 0.0% interest.
