TIMBERON WATER & SANITATION DISTRICT
MINUTES FOR THE MEETING OF OCTOBER 12, 2005

A special meeting of the Timberon Water & Sanitation District Board of Directors was held on October 
12, 2005 at 10:00 AM in the community center.  Board members present were Joan Schug, Tom 
Tannehill, Betty Phillips, and Larry Hanson.  Sid Benson was absent.
 
Tom Tannehill thanked the bylaws committee for their help in updating the bylaws.  Most of the 
strikeouts were done to eliminate redundancy and statutes are referenced so the bylaws won’t have to 
change as the statutes change.

Debbie Goss read the new bylaws.  The board and the audience made comments and changes as attached.
This was considered the first reading of the new bylaws.

The meeting was adjourned.
