TIMBERON WATER & SANITATION DISTRICT 
MINUTES FOR THE MEETING HELD ON
AUGUST 24, 2005

A meeting of the board of directors of the Timberon Water and Sanitation District was called to order on August 24, 2005 at 3:00 P.M., in the community center.  Board members present were Joan Schug, Betty Phillips, and Sid Benson.   Larry Hanson and Tom Tannehill were absent.

Betty Phillips moved to amend Saturday’s motion to give Bill Gideon a 5% merit increase retroactive to July 1, 2005.  Sid Benson seconded the motion and it passed unanimously.

The meeting was adjourned.
