1.  CONSUMER CONFIDENCE REPORT 
  
   The yearly consumer confidence report is completed.  This includes where the water 
comes from, contaminants that are in the water and the quality of our drinking water. 
  
   I will tell you that our water is in good condition and safe to use.  Our water operators 
sample our water monthly for unsafe chemicals, daily for chlorine and there have not 
been any unsafe contaminants in the drinking water.  We owe our operators a big thank 
you.  A copy of the Consumer Confidence Report is posted at the Post Office and if you 
have any questions, please call our office. 
  
  
2.  Dell Telephone is in Timberon digging up our streets and installing Fiber Optic 
cables.  Please understand and be patient with them for any inconveniences.  It shouldn’t 
take them more than a couple of weeks or so to complete their project. 
  
  
3.  The 4 wheel motorcycle Poker run and Rally will be discussed later in the meeting. 
  
  
4.  The main street water pipe project will also be discussed by the committee later. 
  
  
5.  TRASH DUMPSTER 
     We have a new trash dumpster sign installed, it states “No building materials, 
appliances, tires, batteries, etc. may be placed in the dumpster”.  TWSD employees 
cannot ignore these rules, please do not leave items in the dumpster area. The landfill will 
not accept them.   We will look into the Salvage yard bringing a container for metal to 
Timberon in the future.  The slash pits are for tree trimmings only.
