TIMBERON WATER & SANITATION DISTRICT MINUTES FOR THE                                     
SPECIAL SESSION OF April 11, 2008

A SPECIAL SESSION was held on Friday April 11, 2008 in the Timberon Community 
Center.

Vice-Chairman Glenda Gentry opened the meeting with the Pledge of Allegiance to the 
Flag of the United States and the Flag of the State of New Mexico at 09:27 am.

The agenda was unanimously approved on a motion by Arden Schug and seconded by 
Shirley Holstrom.

Accept resignations: 
The resignation of Mal Long was unanimously accepted on a motion by Shirley Holstrom 
and a second by Richard Dysart.

Appoint new Board Member: 
A motion to accept resumes and applications for the open board member position was 
unanimously passed on a motion by Arden Schug and seconded by Shirley Holstrom.

Appoint Board Secretary:
A motion to accept Yvonne Ross's resignation and accept resumes' and applications for 
the open position of Board Secretary was passed on a motion by Arden Schug and 
seconded by Shirley Holstrom.

Director's Remarks:
Glenda Gentry asked the audience if they would pass the information to the community 
that we are accepting applications for the board position.

The meeting was closed at 09:32 am.
